Angela M. Whitlock, BS, CSA, CMC
Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, Angela M. Whitlock has been with FamilyCare for eight years. She graduated from Radford University and studied at the Medical University of South Carolina with an emphasis on health administration. Her career began in Charleston, S.C., where she coordinated medical equipment services between senior clients, their physicians and insurance intermediaries. Angela also worked for a regional HMO as a supervisor in its member services division, coordinating client services and payments.

Christine Warfel, BA, CSA, CMC
Certified Geriatric Care Manager
Before joining FamilyCare as a Geriatric Care Manager, Christine Warfel held human services management positions with Portsmouth Psychiatric Center, The Barry Robinson Center in Norfolk and the Alzheimer's Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter, in addition to leading a company that assisted seniors with analyzing and filing medical claims. She graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with a degree in social science.
